Orbital data:
Technological basis of our solutions.
From Tupi-Guarani “water”:
Central element of our performance.
ORBTY’s story begins in 2019, when a group of friends—then graduate students at the National Institute for Space Research (INPE)—identified a significant gap in the market: the lack of specialized solutions for monitoring water quality using satellite imagery.
Recognizing the urgency of preserving water resources, ORBTY was founded with the purpose of transforming scientific knowledge into practical solutions accessible to the market, contributing to the preservation and sustainable use of water in Brazil and around the world.
Throughout its journey, the company has participated in major acceleration and incubation programs, such as HITT (Taubaté Technological Innovation Hub), Nexus (Lab and Growth) at the São José dos Campos Technology Park, and I Am Founder in São Carlos, strengthening its business model, expanding strategic partnerships, and establishing itself as a leader in the protection of water systems through orbital technology.
